Jonathan (Jon) Antevy, MS
e-Builder Founder and CEO
Jon is an architect and a recognized pioneer in the field of Web-based systems for construction. Following his research of Internet applications for the construction industry as part of his master's thesis, he launched e-Builder.
Before founding e-Builder, Jon worked for several construction companies as a pre-construction services specialist. In the early years of the Internet boom, Jon traveled up to 300 days of the year delivering presentations at major industry events. In 1995, he was nominated by Engineering News-Record as one of the Top 25 Newsmakers of the Year for being the first person to move practical construction applications onto the Web.
In 1999 Jon was selected by Engineering News-Record as one of the Top 125 Innovators in the last 125 years of the construction industry. He holds a master's degree in construction management from the M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction, and a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Florida. Jon is still a recognized expert and speaker, and can be seen at leading industry conferences.
