Technology Adoption Webcast

This ongoing lunch-n-learn webinar series will be presented by Robert Cox, Ph.D., Department Head and Professor of Building Construction Management at Purdue University. Dr. Cox has taught construction management courses in estimating, cost analysis, planning and scheduling, productivity improvement, and construction project simulation in his previous positions as Associate Professor and Director of Undergraduate Programs for the M. E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction at the University of Florida, and as an instructor at Virginia Tech.

The use of technology to manage capital projects is becoming more prevalent across owner organizations and their program and project management teams. This interactive panel discussion will provide key insights to companies considering the use of capital project management software to improve project delivery, and how to find the path of least resistance to adoption when implementing this type of technology.
